100 ευρώ για 4 assassins (που ξεχωριστά δεν θα έκαναν 20 ευρώ ο ένας?) + τις άλλες μινιατούρες, ταμπλο κτλ δεν είναι άσχημα (για δεδομένα GW μιλάμε πάντα!! Razz)

Το παιχνίδι όμως θα λέει? Απ ότι διάβασα θα είναι co-op 1-4 παικτών που θα παίζουν ενάντια στον κακό χαοτικό τερμινάτορα.

Δεν συμφωνω!Το Space Hulk ειναι μια τρανη αποδειξη value for money που μπορει να επιδειξει η GW! Προσωπικα θα το παρω μονο και μονο για συλλεκτικους λογους (Αν δεν εχουμε χρεωκοπησει μεχρι τοτε)!!!

Στην δευτερη φωτό ξεχωρίζει κάτι σαν συνέχεια του board. Οπότε λογικά θα είναι σε κομμάτια , time will tell

Gameplay basics

Game Timer(rounds).
It's quite literally 16 rounds. If you look at the Chaos Lord's inner senctum/ritual ground whatever. The board that's all orange and red. You'll see that it has a giant circular pattern on it. Well. Every round, the little gremlin looking thing holding a sword(familiar?) moves around in a spiral motion towards the middle, the spaces are numbered 1-16, when 'it' gets to 16. Game over. The ritual is done. Mankind doomed. Etc. (You can't kill the familiar, so busting into the ritual room and shooting it in the head is not an option.)

Drawing rooms.
When entering a room you draw THREE cards and each one is numbered, you pick the lowest number one. I'm sure there's more to it. Oh and there are total of 12 room cards. 2 of them are essential for moving into the ritual room. One is a transport room and one is a room to ... activate the transport room. Rooms have Chaos symbols on it to identify how many chaos cultists are in it. So there's that, charging into a room on your last point can be risky.

Enemy Patrols.
So the arrows on the board dictate which direction enemies move and how they move around the board. So for example if the enemy is in a hallway and rolls a 5! So you move him 5 spaces, but on third space there is an intersection, the board will literally say 1-4(right arrow) and 5-6(left arrow), so it means that since you rolled a 5, you go left. Yup.
That's it. Oh and if the enemy saw you, they will ignore the patrol route and follow their line of sight and just move towards you instead THAT number of spaces.
Note. WhiteDwarf never specifies how does the movement work if the enemy is on alert but no longer has line of sight. Curious about that one.

Assassins
First off. It sounds that if you were to play this game "solo" you are controlling all 4. As the article empathises teamwork and that everyone is require to function as a unit.

Every basic statistic seems to be the same for all. Your resilience is 6+(amount enemy must roll to hit you) and 2 Stamina(how many hits you take)
Regardless. The female assassin for example, her card states following options.
Move 6 spaces.
Synskin to health 2+ (which is odd because how can you heal more than your health...not specified) EDIT: Explained in following post.
"Sprint X spaces" (not exactly sure how this works as it's a blank dice)EDIT: Explained in following post.
Shoot with shredder pistol (distance) 2 dice
Fight with Phase Sword (close range) 1 dice +2
What all that means I'll explain in combat.

Pretty basic right? I was a little dissapointed at first, until I read about special equipment tokens and special abilities beyond what the character cards say on them.
Each character card is double sided(hoping it details the special abilities) .

The article eludes that each assassin seems to have few very unique special abilities. beyond their unique equipment.
For example, the article outlines a mission walkthrough(it's rough, but few things stand out)

Torq(Eversor?) assassin helps secure victory after everyone else's shots fail against the Chaos Lord(also holding a resilience of 6+), by getting into close range and using his "omegon tactic" in this assassins case it is where he grabs the enemy and self destructs, basically winning. (Sounds awesome, but one time use for obvious reasons)

That said, it's also mentioned that the Colexus Assasin uses his "omegon tactic" too at some point and that "stuns" any enemy within 6 squares. Super useful. Also one time use?(it uses a token of sort)

The Vindicare Assasin (the sniper) is the only one on the team that can take down a chaos space marine in one shot. Using his "deadshot ability" Does not specify if this is a one time use or just uses the special "ammo tokens" refered to as "exitus" ammo? (again, unspecified)

There are also granades and other equipment, that seems specific to the assassins. Which should create for characteristics and strategies beyond the basic 'skill cards' These are represented by the triangle tokens.

Other special actions include, "using Frenzon(?)" to gain an extra action. Or "hit and run tactic" where you can attack and sprint in one action.

Combat
Each enemy and Assasin, have a "resilience" stat, like 4+, 5+, 6+ etc. Including a stamina, only seen 1 or 2.
Callidus Assasin (female with the ponytail)
Has 6+ resilience and 2 stamina. Meaning to do damage against her, the enemy has to roll 6 or higher.

The Chaos Space Marine has 2 Stamina and Resilience of 5+. (roll 5 or higher to do damage)
Chaos cultist has 4+ resilience and 1 Stamina.
etc.

This means that Chaos Space marine quite literally has same amount of life as the assassins and can actually go head to head with them. This is coupled with that their attacks are considerably more dangerous as outlined in combat example.

Combat example.
Chaos Cultist attacks Callidus with the "autogun" according the his statistics card, he rolls two dice with no bonuses.
Rolls a 4 and 5.
Because Callidus has resilence of 6, nothing happens.
Callidus on her turn can attack with "Phase Sword" that has ONE dice but gives you a +2, so you roll a 3. 3+2=5 against Cultist, basically killing him in one swing due to his 1 stamina. Because of his 1 stamina and only 4+ resilience (meaning you need 4 or more to kill him).

On flipside,
Chaos Space Marine can attack with his Boltgun, which allows him to roll 2 dice with +1 for each. Or Knife and Pistol. Which... also rolls 2 dice with +1 for each. (Kinda wish this was a little different) Plus he has 2 stamina so unless you're the sniper assasin, you may have to exchange some firepower before you take one down.

Oh. Btw. The Chaos Lord(Boss) has close combat attack of 3 dice with +2 each, coupled with 3 stamina and 6 resilience, he does create for a serious combat challenge and may end up taking couple of your guys out even in team combat.

Each enemy has a "reactionary" phase. Example. Chaos Marine/Cultist gets a freeshot/swing at an Assasin if they sprint or move past them in line of sight within 6 squares. This is providing that the Chaos Space Marine is on "alert". This reaction only happens once at start of each phase. Basically an automatic overwatch for alerted enemies.


Stealth
The "stealth" aspect is actually really neat sounding!
Basically the stack of event cards play into how many enemies are on "alert". So if you have 4 enemies on alert, guess what, you're drawing 4 event cards at end of your turn. Which from sound of it are meant to ruin your day. So while you CAN go gun blazing, there is a risk/reward system in place for that. Some cards will spawn more enemies or inconvenience you in some ways or activate the patrol routes.
Killing an enemy makes noise that alerts enemies makes them ignore their patrol routes.
Note. On each turn there is always at least ONE event card drawn.
